Gauhati HC Sets Aside Foreigners Tribunal Order Declaring Son of Indian Citizens as Foreigner - 26.02.2020

Gauhati High Court has set aside the order of a Foreigners Tribunal for declaring a person as a foreigner, despite his parents being declared as Indian Citizens by other orders, holding the opinion of the Tribunal to be "unsustainable in law".
