Gujarat High Court Releases Goods Detained by GST Department for Want of E-Way Bill - 25.02.2020

Gujarat High Court has ordered the Goods and Services Tax Department to release goods and consignments which are detained for not carrying E-Way Bill as that is the wrong interpretation of Section 130 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
