Competition Commission of India Approves NTPC’s Stake Buy in NEEPCO, THDC India - 25.02.2020

Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of Centre’s entire stake in THDC India Limited and North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) by State-owned NTPC Limited.
