Punjab & Haryana High Court Issues Directions for Filing of Regular Second Appeals - 24.02.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court have laid down rules for the filing of Regular Second Appeals, to enable easier understanding of the facts of the case. The Court has remarked that it is the counsel's job to make Court understand the case in the fewest words while issuing directions for including synopsis, chronology, citations etc., in the Appeal memorandum.
