SC Rejects Prosecuterix's Affidavit That Her Complaint Against Accused was Under Pressure - 24.02.2020

Supreme Court has refused to accept an affidavit filed by the prosecutrix that she had lodged the case against the accused under pressure and has affirmed the conviction of the accused in a rape case.
