Delhi High Court Stays Penalty Against Nestle - 24.02.2020

Delhi High Court has stayed the National Anti- Profiteering Authority’s order against Nestle, imposing a penalty of Rs 73 Crore for not passing on the benefit of a Goods and Service Tax Rate cut to consumers.
