Supreme Court Refuses to Plea Seeking Minority Status for Hindus - 24.02.2020

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking minority status for Hindus in eight states and Union Territories where they are substantially fewer in number in comparison to other communities, allowing the Petitioner to approach the High Court.
