Delhi HC Denies Bail to Chartered Accountant for Committing Non-Disclosure of Documents - 20.02.2020

Delhi High Court has denied bail to Chartered Accountant Nitin Johari, ex-Chief Financial Officer of Bhushan Power & Steel Limited for committing an offence pertaining to the non-disclosure of the documents which are required under Indian Accounting Standards.
