ITAT, Mumbai: Society Imparting Training to State Govt. Employees Eligible for Tax Exemption - 19.02.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai has held that the society formed to impart training to the State Government employees is eligible for income tax exemption under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
