Bombay HC Imposes Penalty on Adani Group for Seeking Belated Review of Order Appointing Arbitrator - 19.02.2020

Bombay High Court has quantified Rs. 5 Lakhs as costs to be paid to Antikeros Shipping Corporation while allowing appeals filed by them against an order of a single Judge condoning the delay of 7 years in a review application by Adani Enterprises. The review was sought when arbitration proceedings were at the final hearing stage.
