SC: HC Collegium Recommendations to be Continuing Process Without Waiting for Results of Earlier List - 19.02.2020

Supreme Court has observed that the High Courts should continuously recommend names for judicial appointments in anticipation of vacancies, regardless of the pendency of the earlier recommendations.
