ITAT, Ahmedabad Imposes Penalty on Assessee for Delay in Filing Appeal and Non-Appearance - 18.02.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Ahmedabad has imposed a penalty of Rs. 5000 on an Assessee on the grounds of a delay of 358 days in filing an appeal and non-co-operation with the income tax department during the assessment proceedings.
