Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging MCA Notification for Technical Member Post in NCLAT - 18.02.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Central Government in a plea challenging the notification of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), inviting applications for the post of Technical Member of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
