Kerala High Court Sets Aside Insurance Court’s Order for Being Violative of Statutory Provisions - 18.02.2020

Kerala High Court has set aside an order passed by Insurance Court on the ground that the procedure adopted by the Court is violative of Section 75(2B) of The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948.
