Madras High Court Says Goods and Services Tax in Nascent Stage, Allows TRAN-1 Filing - 17.02.2020

Madras High Court has taken into account the difficulties faced by taxpayers due to inconsistent performance of the Goods and Services Tax portal and has allowed delayed upload of the TRAN-1 declaration.
