SC: 100% EOU & SEZs Not Covered Under the Ambit of ‘Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojna’ - 17.02.2020

Supreme Court has held that 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and Special Economic Zones (SEZs) are not covered under the ambit of ‘Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojna’.
