Rajasthan HC Grants Interim Protection to CAA Protesters from Arrests in FIR Alleging Violence - 17.02.2020

Rajasthan High Court has directed the Udaipur Police authorities to not take any "coercive action" against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protesters while providing interim relief to them from the threat of police action in First Information Report (FIR) registered over alleged violence.
