Gujarat High Court Issues Notice to Centre, AMC - 06.01.2016

Gujarat HC has sought explanation from Centre and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) in response to a PIL complaining about unabated illegal construction in regulated zone of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) -protected monuments in the city .
