Bombay HC Dismisses Petition Seeking Contract to Execute Mid-Sea Memorial of Chhatrapati Shivaji - 13.08.2015

Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Team One Architects Pvt. Ltd., seeking direction to state to grant them contract to design and execute Chhatrapati Shivaji statute, which is to come up in the Arabian Sea.
