Gauhati HC: Land Revenue Receipts, PAN Card and Bank Documents Do Not Prove Citizenship - 17.02.2020

Gauhati High Court has observed that land revenue paying receipts do not prove citizenship of a person. The Court has further observed that Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and Bank Documents do not prove citizenship either.
