Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Response on Contempt Plea Against Govt. for Failure to Curb Loudspeaker Use - 17.02.2020

Delhi High Court has sought the Centre and Delhi Government’s stand on a plea seeking contempt action against them for non-compliance with Court's earlier order banning the use of loudspeakers by religious places between 10 pm to 6 am.
