Bombay HC Admits Appeal of Sanap Against Death Sentence in Esther Anuhya Rape and Murder Case - 06.01.2016

Bombay High Court has admitted appeal filed by Chandrabhan Sanap, who was held guilty of raping and murdering 23-year-old techie Esther Anuhya in 2014. A special women's court had accorded death sentence to Sanap on October 30 last year.
