Madras High Court Takes Suo Moto Notice of Issue of Grabbing of Public Lands - 14.02.2020

The Madras High Court has taken suo moto notice of the issue of encroachment of public land. The Court has observed that the Government land is being "knocked away" by private parties "in collusion with the Government officials", by using political influence, money power and muscle power.
