AAR, Maharashtra: Laboratory Medical Equipment Not to be Sold to Distributor at Concessional Rate - 13.02.2020

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has ruled that manufacturers of laboratory medical equipment are not eligible to concessional Goods and Services Tax rates when supplied to distributors.
