AAR, Maharashtra: 18% of GST Applicable to Supply of Foods or Drinks in Restaurant for Consumption - 13.02.2020

Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has held that 18% of Goods and Services Tax (GST) would be applicable on supply of food or drinks in the restaurant for consumption within or away from the restaurant premises.
