Supreme Court: No Jail/Custody of Minor Protestors - 13.02.2020

Supreme Court has said that no child in conflict with law can either be held in police custody or jailed, let alone be tortured, speaking up for the minors who were allegedly picked up and tortured in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi during the anti- Citizenship Amendment Act protests.
