AAR, Maharashtra: No Exemption on TDR or FSI for Construction of Commercial Apartments - 12.02.2020

Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has held that Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be levied on the sale of Transferable Development Right (TDR) or Floor Space Index (FSI) received for construction of commercial apartments.
