Madhya Pradesh High Court Directs State to Pay Rs. 5 Lakhs to Man Detained Illegally - 12.02.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the State Government to pay a compensation of Rs. 5 Lakhs for detaining an innocent man, in the pretext of detaining a convict, and subsequently trying to defend its illegal actions.
