ITAT, Chennai Disallows Deduction Claim on Receipts from Carbon Credit - 12.02.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chennai has held that the receipts from the sale of the carbon credit are liable to be treated as the capital receipts and not business income.
