SC to Centre: Let Retired Brigadier Not Be Harassed - 05.01.2016

SC has taken exception to Centre's move challenging an order of Armed Force Tribunal by which a retired brigadier was exonerated of all charges in recruitment process for civilian posts like musicians,chefs and said "Let this officer be not harassed".
