Delhi High Court Rejects Plea Challenging DCW Appointments - 10.02.2020

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea challenging the appointments to Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) including those of its Chairperson and its members. The Court made it clear that it was not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioner after which he withdrew the plea.
