Supreme Court Lens on Waqf’s ‘Unlisted Assets Worth Lakhs of Crores’ - 07.02.2020

Supreme Court has sought responses from the Minority Affairs Ministry, all States and waqf bodies while entertaining a Public Interest Litigation alleging non-enumeration of waqf properties worth lakhs of crores of rupees resulting in their misuse and illegal transfer to builders.
