Bombay HC Orders State to Start Website/Mobile App Allowing Citizen Complaint About Noise Pollution - 05.01.2016

Bombay High Court has ordered State Govt. to start a website and mobile application where citizens can register complaints about noise pollution in their areas. The court has also set a deadline of two months. The court also asked State Govt. to get decibel meters to check noise pollution.
