Supreme Court: Beneficiaries of Insurance Policy are 'Consumers' - 07.02.2020

Supreme Court has observed that the beneficiaries of the policy taken out by the Insured are also consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 even if they are not parties to the contract of insurance.
