Delhi HC: Paper Cutter Qualifies as 'Deadly Weapon' for Conviction Under Section 397 of IPC - 05.02.2020

Delhi High Court has held that a paper-cutter would qualify as a 'deadly weapon' to secure a conviction for committing robbery with an attempt to cause death under Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
