Punjab and Haryana High Court: GST Tribunal to Deal with Matters Relating to Interest - 31.01.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has clarified that Goods and Service Tax Tribunal (GST Tribunal) will handle all disputes regarding interest on GST and their appeals.
