Delhi High Court Imposes Cost for Seeking Review by Blaming Senior Counsel - 31.01.2020

Delhi High Court has held that a review Petition can be allowed only on the grounds stipulated in Order XLVII, read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and not on the grounds which the Petitioner chose not to press during arguments. The Court has imposed costs of Rs. 25,000 on the Petitioner.
