Jammu and Kashmir High Court Takes Suo-Moto Notice of Litigant-Official Collusion in Budgam - 04.01.2016

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has taken suo moto notice of collusion between local revenue officials and a litigant in Budgam district of central Kashmir and issued notices to the parties.
