Appellant Authority for Advance Ruling (AAAR), Karnataka has ruled that Pre-sale and Marketing Services by Indian Subsidiary to Foreign Parent Company is Intermediary services as defined under Section 2(13) of the Integrated Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.
