SC Refers to Larger Bench Question Regarding Consideration of Reservation Claims - 28.01.2020

Supreme Court has observed that allowing the applicants to public posts to submit certificates in proof of their claim of the reservation after the notified cut-off date would create administrative chaos. The Court has referred the matter to a larger Bench.
