SC Sets Aside NCDRC Findings of Unfair Trade Practice Against Star TV and Bharti Airtel - 24.01.2020

Supreme Court has set aside the order of National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) which directed Star TV and Bharti Airtel to jointly pay punitive damages of Rs 1 Crore for alleged unfair trade practice concerning the quiz show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'.
