Bombay High Court Asks Petitioner Challenging Citizenship Amendment Act to Approach Supreme Court - 23.01.2020

Bombay High Court has refused to hear a Public Interest Litigation filed by Urmila Kowe challenging the constitutional validity of the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 and has asked the Petitioner to approach the Supreme Court on the matter.
