Delhi HC Orders Time Limit for Disposal of Application Moved by Bank to Sell Vehicle in Recovery Suit - 22.01.2020

Delhi High Court has held that the Applications filed for seeking permission to sell a vehicle seized by the bank in cases of default cannot be kept pending for long and should be disposed of within 60 days.
