LPG subsidy not available to those with taxable income of over Rs. 10 lakhs

The Government has revoked the subsidy on LPG cylinders for consumers (or spouses) that had taxable income of more than Rs. 10 lakhs during the previous financial year. Such will take effect from January 2016, but on a self-declaration basis.
