Supreme Court Grants Four Weeks Time to Centre for Reply in Citizenship Amendment Act Hearing - 22.01.2020

Supreme Court has granted four weeks to the Central Government to respond to 140 Writ Petitions filed for challenging the constitutional validity of the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.
