Delhi Court Modifies Bail Terms for Bhim Army Chief - 22.01.2020

Delhi Court has modified the bail terms of Bhim Army Chief, Chandra Shekhar Azad, stating that any conditions imposed on the accused cannot come in his way to participate in elections in a democracy. The Court has allowed Azad to visit Delhi on the condition that he marks his presence before the police station at Saharanpur every Saturday till February 16.
