Supreme Court: Earning Heirs Entitled to Compensation Under MV Act - 20.01.2020

Supreme Court has held that employed sons and married daughters can apply for compensation for the death of their parent, and would qualify as ‘legal representative’ under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
