Delhi High Court: Advocates Can be Appointed as Receivers Under Section 14(1A) of SARFAESI Act - 20.01.2020

Delhi High Court has held that there is no bar on the appointment of an Advocate as a 'Receiver' under Section 14 (1A) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.
