Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, 2015 effective retrospectively

The Ministry of Law and Justice notified Presidential assent accorded to The Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, 2015 on 26 December, 2015. The Amendment comes into force from 15 June, 2015. The Act replaces the previously promulgated second amending Ordinance, 2015.
