Delhi HC: FHRAI Not to Advise Members Against Taking Song License From PPL - 31.12.2015

Delhi HC on plea of Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL), has restrained Federation of Hotels and Restaurant Association of India (FHRAI) from issuing advisories to its members not to approach music licensing firm, which holds copyrights for lakhs of numbers, for the rights to play popular songs.
